Our member Pult was playing around with Nol's Yamaha XS650 chopper while in the US. He liked it a lot and decided to build a couple for himself when he was back in Holland. A lot of Harley riders of our generation started on a Yamaha XS. They could not afford Harleys yet. They liked Triumps and other Britissh bikes but were to unexperienced to work on them (And you bet these bikes needed work all the time) so the reliable Yam was an obvious choice for building a chopper.
