Sweden, back in da days. When we started visiting the Swedes in the early eighties all clubs were into choppers. All of them! We visited clubs like The Hoks, the Sundbackens, Gamlestan, Mothers Freak, Gjutjarn, Freja Freaks and went to big parties of many others and our lives were never the same. We loved the bikes, man, how we loved them bikes! But also the long trips these guys were making on their chops, the fact that all clubhouses opened their doors for these chopper riding travelers and the way they had built their clubhouses.
Sundbackens MC (Hagfors) is still a live and kicking, last month Jarngrisen MC (Munkfors) and Sundbackens MC organised a very nice Motorshow “Motorcycle Inferno” in Munkfors, great succes !!
Very good to hear, we once stayed a few nights at thier clubhouse in 1983 I think it was. We went to visit them because of a photo of the club with all their really cool choppers in Easyriders magazine.
