Brian Deathtraps MC – Rest in Peace

SONY DSC

Last week Brian and Wolf from the Deathtraps MC came to visit the Rogues. Wolf brought his girlfriend and family brother along. The weather was perceft and we made sure the three men had bikes to ride. We did a lot of fun things together. You know, touring through the Dutch country side, drinking some ice cold beers in some old harbour town, visiting the clubhouse at night, sitting in Beer’s garden barbequeing and laughing our asses off about small shit.  The main purpose of the short visit was to visit the Chopper Bash and so they did. Some of us went with and we all had a blast. Like everybody else Brian enjoyed himself thouroughly and even got himself a Chopper Bash tattoo.

While we went to Almere for the RMC Chopperday on sundays, the Deathtraps went south into France only to return early back to Beer’s place cause the weather started to fuck up big time. The last day at beer’s place Brian seemed in the best of moods, joking around with Beer’s daughters, laughing a lot. Then they all left to go home. They had one day left and wanted to spend that last day of their stay in Amsterdam and that is where the terrible accident happened that left Brian dead…..we got the news late at night and were in shock, such a waste, we still cannot believe it. A good trip gone bad, very bad.

We want to send our sincere condolances to Brian’s wife and two young kids, his family, and his club, the Deathtraps (especially Wolf who had to go tell this oh so sad news). Our hearts are with you all, Stay strong.

I have been working for biker magazines for most of my life. I am currently making a two percenter choppers-only yearbook myself called, CHOP, RIDE & PARTY. Check it out, previews are on facebook. The CRP yearbook will come out soon.
