It was Jesse James who made the Highneck Chopper big. This is one of his creations. Narrow tall gastanks, frames with a high neck off course, tall risers, beautifull fenders and James was the first who managed to make a frontfender look good on a chopper. The man has built better looking bikes as on this picture but you have already seen those a Thousand times
