Then there was Willem van Vliet. He’s the ‘grandmaster’ in special paint projects. On Sunday we all could see how he managed to put Haagse Fred his face on a fuel-tank with a air-brush in a way like he’s still with us. Over the years Willem has done many ‘projects’ for us. We’re fortunate to know him as an ‘artist’ as well as an friend.
