Today I’ll wrap it up. As far as I’m concerned these are the last pictures of gifts we received during our 40th anniversary event. I’m quite certain I’ve had ‘em all and if not; sorry.
The Deathtraps MC – Sonora – California – USA, a rather ‘young’ club – since 2007, also brought along a convenient gift. A very large adjustable Bacho. If we ever run out of tools, this one might come in handy.
France friends of us, the Chopperkingz, had a nice gift as well. A leather saddle with a nice imprint welded on some engine parts used as a stand.
Another longtime friend of us, Tony Leenes, the well known ‘Mister Indian’ himself had also a present for us. I met Tony for the first time in 1987 at the Superrally in Slagharen, Holland. He brought along these very old Indians. And with one of them, the girl on the photo gave a burn-out, awesome!! She had been posing for the BigTwin Magazine earlier that year. You can see the magazine next to her on the floor.

But when Tony wanted to give the present, he unfortunately had to wait a while, before handing over his gift, because I was about to give my speech, when he arrived at the party. Sorry Tony.

The last gift in these series, is a gift from our American girlfriend Lesley. It’s a gift for me personally. It’s a brand new heavy denim vest to replace my old leather vest. I’m very pleased with it. Not long from now my sister in-law shall replace my club colors and sew them on my new vest.
