A small peek at the ceiling and at the back the Bar space. Lots of plastic tubes for the electric wires
Sometimes you wonder: ‘what if?’ Well, let’s call it: ‘work in progress’.
On most Saturdays we work in our clubhouse to build those things which aren’t finished yet. Like the ceiling-plates, electricity wires, doors, kitchen and so on. Last week no work was done because of the ‘Memorial day’. But today, when I went to our clubhouse, Stoker and Pult were busy. Stoker finished the doors of our work- and repair room. Now they need some paint to finish it of.
Pult was busy upstairs putting electricity wires into place. I made some pictures, but the usb plug of my camera ‘stopt working’. This afternoon I ordered a card reader. So tomorrow, if everything goes according to plan, I might be able to upload some new pictures. For now I’ll show you all a photo from last week of the kitchen. As you can see there’s still a lot work to be done. ‘Work in progress’ as I stated earlier.
Over the years we’ve been portrayed in several books and magazines. Here’s a example of a magazine issued in March 2010. The photos were made by Duco de Vries. He made the photos of ‘Bikers in Holland’ as well. This book can still be purchased at our web shop!

This picture shows our former clubhouse in all it’s glory.
In 1983 three of us, Beer, Outlaw and me (Brass), went to Sweden for the first time. After taking the ferry from Denmark, we arrived in Gothenburg (Sweden). There we met Mothers Freak MC. A few days later we arrived in Norrköping where we met Peking Outlaws MC. Then a week later we were in Uppsala and met Gjutjärn MC for the first time. On Thursday the 4th of August, late in the afternoon, we went from Uppsala to Stockholm where we arrived at the Sophia Hogs Party.
It was their 15th anniversary that year. We put up our camp next to the medium sized army tent of Gjutjärn MC. It was a huge party. We saw lot’s of ‘neat’ choppers there and that’s an understatement. We had a great weekend there. Awesome! I bought a Party t-shirt there, which hung for many years in our clubhouse. We’ve lost that peace of history when our clubhouse was set on fire on February 13th 2015!
